Eligibility:
Cash Back Rewards for Schools is available to any accredited
public, private, parochial school, for grades K-8, in the United States that has
a 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1) tax-exempt designation and to any United States
military schools, for grades K-8, worldwide. It is also available to accredited
home school associations, K-8, in the United States that have a 501(c)(3) or
509(a)(1) tax-exempt designation and have 15 or more students.
Maximum
and Minimum Fund-Raising Amounts:
Currently, there is no limit on the amount of Cash Back
Rewards that participating schools may earn per program year (January-December)
for their school. A minimum of $5.00 per program year must be earned for an
eligible school to receive a check. Any eligible school earning less than $5.00
per program year forfeits their earning to The Little Artist, Inc. for that
program year. Qualifying Purchases:
Qualifying purchase(s) only include those
item(s) purchased from The Little Artist, Inc. CyberStore, from a listed
manufacturer's representative for The Little Artist, Inc., and/or special
discounts purchased directly from The Little Artist, Inc. Shipping and handling
cost are not included in calculation of the 5% Cash Back Rewards for Schools.
Purchase(s) made anywhere else do not qualify. Claim
Cash Back Rewards for Schools:
To claim Cash Back Rewards for Schools, the
buyer of a qualifying purchase must identify the eligible school to receive the
Cash Back Rewards for Schools either by name and address or identification
number provided by The Little Artist, Inc. at the time of purchase. All
qualifying purchase(s) are subject to verification. Returned
Purchased Items:
Any qualifying purchase item(s) returned for
a refund to The Little Artist, Inc. that identified an eligible school will
reduce the Cash Back Rewards for Schools for that school by the corresponding
amount. Payments:
Checks will be made payable only to enrolled, accredited
public, private, parochial, and home school associations, K-8, in the United
States and U.S. military schools, K-8, worldwide, that have a 501(c)(3) or
509(a)(1) tax-exempt designation (or PTA if previously specified and approved).
Checks will be written once a year to eligible schools at the end of December or
beginning of January. Any qualifying purchase made after a check has been
written in the same program year, that Cash Back Rewards will be added to the
following program year. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for checks to arrive. If
your school participated in the Cash Back Rewards for Schools program in the
past, it will automatically be enrolled this year. Official rules are subject to
