Policy: At The Little
Artist, Inc., we will give you a full refund less shipping and handling charges
on any of our products if you are not completely satisfied. If the
shipping charges are more than what was charged for shipping and handling, only
the actual shipping fee will be deducted from returned items for a refund.
Simply
return the undamaged product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Exchange
Policy: Simply return the undamaged PaintShirt™(s) within 30 days of receipt
to: THE
LITTLE ARTIST, INC., P.O. BOX 575, BOYS TOWN, NE 68010-0575. Also, on a sales
receipt copy, write: "Exchange" and what size you want to
exchange it for. Once we receive the undamaged PaintShirt™(s), we will ship
your new PaintShirt™(s). Return Policy
regarding paintings is to accept only authorized returns, unless damaged. A
restocking fee of $50.00 will be charged to all paintings return. Additional shipping
and handling charges may apply for orders outside the continental United
States of America, except for US Military addresses. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery and three
to four weeks for all paintings.
U.S. Priority Mail is used for shipments less than four pounds.
State sales tax applies to Nebraska residents. There will be
a $25 charge on any N.S.F. checks. No C.O.D. orders accepted. Note:
Orders received over the internet, fax, mail, and/or other means shall be
governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
By placing an order with The Little Artist, Inc., you consent to the
personal jurisdiction of all federal and/or state courts located in Douglas
County, Nebraska. Orders outside the United States of America are shipped
F.O.B. The Little Artist, Inc. is not responsible for any and/or all
freight on board to destinations outside the United States of America. Note: Even though the PaintShirt™ is made from
a high quality cotton/polyester twill fabric, it will not prevent all foreign
